- “When you want something that sounds human, Claude wins every time.” — Jan
The problem
Valuable ideas from mastermind sessions, calls and WhatsApp threads were evaporating — conversations happened, conclusions were reached, and none of it became content or training material. Writing newsletters and recaps manually from scratch takes hours every week.
The AI solution
The system starts with capturing everything. A PLAUD device automatically records, transcribes, summarizes and even creates mind maps of conversations. iPhone users can do the same with Voice Memos: hit "generate transcript," copy it, and send it to a laptop. WhatsApp conversations get exported as a .txt file straight from the phone.
The transcript then goes into Claude (the go-to for writing) or Gemini with a prompt to recap the key conclusions. The plan for the very session in the source: upload the night's transcript the next day, have the AI recap the conclusions, then share that recap in the newsletter, post it in the Inner Circle, and drop it in Notion as training material — one conversation becomes three assets.
The model choice is deliberate: Claude for the actual writing because it sounds human, GPT for outlines and reasoning only, since GPT's writing gets too bullet-pointy and robotic.

Results
One recorded session becomes a newsletter, an inner-circle post, and Notion training material without manual writing.
How to copy it
- Record every substantial conversation (PLAUD device, Voice Memos with "generate transcript," or Zoom recordings).
- Export WhatsApp threads with good discussions as .txt files.
- Upload the transcript to Claude and ask it to recap the key conclusions.
- Repurpose one recap into multiple assets: newsletter, community post, internal training doc.
- Use Claude for the writing itself and GPT only for outlines and reasoning.
